How do I place an order?

• Find the products you like.
 • Add them to your shopping basket by clicking the Add to Bag button.
 • You can view your basket at any time by clicking the View Basket link.
 • When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout button from the Shopping Basket page or click on the Go to checkout link.
 • Carefully fill out your details.
Once you’ve finished you will receive your order confirmation via email.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Maestro, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo and American Express. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed by Worldpay Services.

Do you gift wrap?

No.  At this time, unfortunately we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

Question 4

What if my order is returned to you?

Accepted Answer

If your order is not received and is returned to us for any reason, we will resend your order but there will be a resend fee of £4.95 in order to cover administration, postage and packaging.
